In the app you are guided through 49 steps to awareness. You set pace, one step pr. day or one step every other day by adjusting the apps notification settings. By pressing start the app reminds you of each step from awareness to gratitude. When reminded, you open the app to see a short text and are invited to take assignment to help you further in your growth. By pressing view assignment a short text gives you exercise to further enlighten the step.
